प्रधानमंत्री के भाषण पर कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने ये कहा

राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के भाषण पर कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने कहा, “राहुल गांधी दो बार मणिपुर गए हैं. इसलिए मणिपुर की परिस्थितियों के बारे में वो भली-भांति जानते हैं.उनके विपरीत मुझे नहीं लगता कि पीएम मोदी कभी मणिपुर के किसी विधायक या सांसद से मिले हैं.आज उन्होंने(पीएम मोदी) सदन को भ्रमित किया है और आज पूरे देश को ये संदेश दिया है कि वे कुछ नहीं जानते। अगर वास्तविक में मणिपुर में परिस्थिति संतुलित होती तो क्या भाजपा मणिपुर में दोनों सीटों पर हारती? प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी, मणिपुर भी आज बदला है.आप बदलें या ना बदलें मणिपुर बदल चुका है.”

On Prime Minister Modi’s speech on the motion of thanks on the President’s address, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said, “… Rahul Gandhi has been to Manipur twice… so he knows very well about the conditions of Manipur… unlike him, I don’t think PM Modi has ever met any MLA or MP of Manipur… Today he (PM Modi) has confused the House and today he has given a message to the whole country that he knows nothing. If the situation in Manipur was actually balanced, would the BJP have lost both the seats in Manipur?… Prime Minister Modi ji, Manipur has also changed today… whether you change or not, Manipur has changed …”
